We are experts in reverse logistics handling over 700,000 individual units a year from every major retailer in the country (costco, target, best buy and more) as well as individual returns via mail direct from the customer. We handle every item specifically and confirm the correct unit is being returned and customer reimbursement is allocated correctly.

Items that will not be refurbished are all sorted by commodity and recycled accordingly.
