No two products arrive at our door with the same problem. Some need a lower landed cost. Some need a second life. Some need a program that doesn’t exist yet. For over 30 years, brands have brought Micromex the projects that don’t fit a standard service menu — and we’ve engineered the line, the process, and the cross-border program to run them.
Kitting & Specialty Packaging — Multi-component kits, blister and clamshell packaging, retail-ready and display-ready programs.
Cross-Border Programs — IMMEX-certified since 2006. Import components or returns into Mexico with duties deferred, process them, and ship finished goods back under USMCA.
Refurbishment & Remanufacturing — Full grading, repair, and remanufacturing lines that turn returned inventory into revenue instead of write-offs.
Marketplace Prep & Fulfillment Support — FBA and WFS prep, labeling, and forwarding, run as part of your program rather than a separate 3PL contract.
Engineering & Sourcing — Process design, tooling, component sourcing, and cost-down engineering behind every program we run.
When Conair — one of the world’s largest personal care and small appliance brands — needed to get out of the returns business, they didn’t hand it to a 3PL. They handed it to us. Micromex took over their in-house returns operation entirely, standing up a dedicated 220,000-square-foot returns and remanufacturing center in Tucson, Arizona.
The scale: over 1 million returned items received per year, every unit verified, graded, and dispositioned. Of those, 600,000 units annually moved through full remanufacturing on lines we engineered specifically for their product families — and came out the other side at an 86% recovery rate, converted from write-offs back into sellable, revenue-generating inventory.
